Position Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Supervisor

The Monitoring and Evaluation Supervisor will serve as the lead technical focal point for monitoring,
evaluation, accountability, and learning across CWS Africa humanitarian and development programs. The
position will lead the development and use of monitoring frameworks, data collection tools, dashboards,
reports, evaluations, data quality processes, and learning products. The role will guide evidence-based
program design, continuous program improvement, donor reporting, partner capacity strengthening, and
organizational learning, while working closely with program leadership, program teams, partners, and
relevant headquarters colleagues.

Office environment with regular travel to CWS Africa program locations and partner sites as may be
required.
