This position will provide support to the implementation of the food security for small holder farmers through effective and sustainable agricultural production and management under the Mwanga project. The Goal of this project is to improve food security and to promote the economic empowerment for small holder farmers in Tana Delta Sub-County through provision of improved animal breeds, crop production and modern beekeeping and VSLA.
The intern will work closely with project assistant and project officer and selected group and cluster leaders as well as Department of Social Development and Cooperative Development. The intern will support the project in mobilization of participants into groups, provides group dynamics and leadership training, training of participants village savings and loans associations.
